Good to Know Before You Book
Il Baciarino is rustic, peaceful, and built on a hillside. For this reason, it may not be suitable for toddlers, anxious pets, or guests with mobility issues.
We also have four cats living on the property. They are very friendly and affectionate, and they often enjoy spending time around the cottages. If you are not comfortable around cats, or have allergies, please keep this in mind when booking.
As we are fully immersed in nature, geckos, insects, and other small creatures may occasionally find their way into the cottages. This is a natural part of staying in the countryside, and we do not take measures to completely prevent them from entering. We kindly ask our guests to embrace the experience of living in close connection with nature.
There is no Wi-Fi service in the cottages. Wi-Fi is available only in our common area. This is intentional: we hope you’ll have the chance to disconnect from screens and reconnect with the landscape, the sounds of nature, and the rhythm of the land.
We ask for a minimum stay of 3 nights in the low season and 5 nights in July and August. This helps guests settle in, disconnect, and enjoy the natural rhythm of the land.
Cancellation policy: If you cancel at least 2 weeks before arrival, we’ll refund your deposit in full. If something comes up within the two weeks, we’ll do our best to resell the nights—but if we can’t, the full stay will be charged.
